Like most teenagers, she is stubborn and is questioing her existence as well as her role in the world. Hardened by the cruel world, Arachne struggles to overcome the pain and disappointment of finding herself.Arachne's pride eventually gets to the best of her, despite the advice and guidance of the Muses, Cosmo, Theodore and her father. As punishment Athena places the weight of the world on her shoulders which drives Arachne to commit suicide.
